**Job Summary:**
The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a small team of crew members in both high-end residential and commercial lawn maintenance settings. They ensure tasks are completed efficiently, maintain a safe working environment, and uphold quality standards to meet client and company expectations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise 1-3 crew members, assign tasks, and balance workloads.
- Coach and support crew members on job responsibilities and safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional image of service vehicle and crew.
- Perform pre-trip inspections on trucks and trailers.
- Maximize efficiency and meet budgeted hours.
- Provide on-the-job training on safety practices and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on completed work and address any deficiencies.
- Identify sales leads and upsell opportunities on maintenance properties.
- Report any accidents or damages to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications:**

- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
